1) Each blind supplied by Prominence Blinds is made to measure, of the highest quality, manufactured in the UK and comes with a 12 month guarantee.
2) Punctuality is guaranteed! You will not be kept hanging around waiting for us as we aim to be on time...every time.
3) No Hard Selling - We believe that everyone has the right to say 'No' and customers will never be pressured into a sale.
4) Each Blind is fitted by our Prominence Blinds Team as we do not outsource our blind fitting to other fitters.
5) All Blinds are Child Safe and fitted to the BBSA standards.
6) You only pay the full amount when the job is completely finished. We take 50% deposit upon ordering and then the rest of the payment is due when the the blinds have been installed.
7) Every customer is valued and treated exactly the same. It doesn't matter if you are ordering one blind or twenty blinds. You can rest assured that every customer receives the highest customer service from start to finish.
