Below are the Steps involved in purchasing and installing your new blinds:
1) If you are interested in a Free No Obligation Consultation then you can get in touch with us via e-mail: G.Walters@ProminenceBlinds.co.uk or by telephone on: 07753 323067 *If there isn't an answer then please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
2) We will contact you as soon as possible in order to arrange an appointment that suits you.
3) During the consultation, I will proceed to measure up the windows that you are interested in purchasing blinds for as you can browse through the Presenter Blinds Books of your choice at your leisure to see which blinds suit your needs.
4) When you have chosen the blinds that you are after, I will then work out the price for those blinds and I will e-mail you an estimate (or send it in the post if you do not have access to a computer or an e-mail address). If you are happy with the estimate and you wish to proceed then you can place the order. When you place the order, 50% of the price will need to be paid as the deposit and this can be done through Bank Transfer, Card or Cash. (Cheques are not accepted sorry). Upon receipt of the 50%, the blinds will then be ordered.
*The price in the estimate will also include the fitting of the blinds.
5) As soon as the blinds arrive to us, you will receive a phone call and we will arrange a date and time that is convenient for you.
6) On the date arranged, I will come out and fit the blinds. Upon completion, the remaining 50% of the bill will need to be paid through bank transfer, card or cash. (Cheques are not accepted sorry).
